Your right this is a Wal-Mart site, a site set up by the UFCW and you are the UAW so why are you here, The UFCW has abandoned this site, now a union advocate is trying to promote union here.

What unions are you talking about you are talking in the plural here.
Because all I really want to do is clear up the want the uniuon / unions cost the end user.

Most union brothers don't want to discuss it.

This looks like it might be my last post to this topic unless we can get a genuine argument going, so here's my answer to the question "Why can't the unions get retail organized?" Simple the union as we know it does not belong in retail.
THD69 and it has nothing to do with the younger generation of Unions, It is the youth of this country pushing the labor movement, todays youth do not know what it is to work for a honest buck.

Annie,
To answer your question about where Walmart's workers go when a store shuts down...
They go to work at the Walmart on the other side of town! |

They not only don't know what it is to work for an honest buck, but they don't know why Unions were established in the first place...To stop un-fair, un-safe, labor abusive corporations and employers from getting away with whatever they wanted...LOL! To kids these days Wal-Mart IS a sweat shop! LOL!
Most of these kids with Union in mind for retail, would have a drastic change of heart if they had to get up at dawn and hump shingles or rubber up a ladder for 8-10 hours, for about the same kinda money.

Sure it does, but your invite will be ignored...But the UFCW might send another half a$$ed lackey, like Iconoclast or TURD69...

I think Ree at our other site may be realizing she may have made some mistakes. She is commenting about how we have started to atleast listen to Victor. Odd how when someone treats us with respect we can return the favor.

When we didn't cave in or agree with them they resorted to insults.
They posted some nasty comments about bolt and his mother on here, had to delete them.
It's not a one-size-fits-all world!
The company you work for, the area you live in and what you do for a living is all part of it.
What works in one area doesn't necessarily work in another.
I'll defend my right to be in a union because for me, in my area, it works.
For others doing the same job in a different region of the country, the pay and benefits might be the same.
A manager in any area of the country will usually pay more than a union job in most cases.
It's like comparing apples to oranges.
Most of us are just workers, not management.
You can't brag that you did it "all on my own and look where I am" without benefit of a union.
A few years ago starting pay for a non-union manager at Dominick's was 65 grand.
My SM received a 45 thousand dollar bonus at the end of 2007. Probably more for 2008!

You know, that realy pisses me off!
They started the insults by calling RP a douche bag, and posting that picture, and my only retort was to call him "Bolthead."
Then that scrotumless coward, went to a thread in which I used my daughters med condition as an example of how good our benefits were, and he insulted her...That was the first "family" insult.
I did not, ( to the best of my memory ) resort to insulting his children.
If that steaming pile of nutless, cowardly sh!t wants to debate that, then let him come here.
I would go there, but that other gutless pile maggots; ReeRee banned me for defending myself.
Is that the union mentality? To make up your own reality?
I hope both Boltfaggot, and Ree get aids. They can kiss my ass.

I think its also worth adding that their drooling, retarded member of the year INVITED US THERE! Then participated in the insults, and even initiated some.
It's not even worth debating with cowards.
I gotta hand it to Victor, at least he came here for open debate, but:
EVERY OTHER MEMBER OF IJAWS IS A GUTLESS COWARD.
And I challenge them to come here and show us otherwise.
They are not worth their weight in snot.
Looking at ReeRee's altered reality, its no wonder she had a messy divorce.

My SM's bonus was more than 2X's that.
As far as dominicks...The anti-WM people like to yell about how much Lee Scott makes?
That union retard Jeff makes $7.75 an hour, but non-union Mgmt makes $65,000 a year?
Thanks for arguing FOR us ReeRee!

This still bothers me, it is a direct lie.
RP never insulted anyone, even after being insulted.
ReeRee was hostile right from the start, and how does one "cave' when one does not give the other a say? What is there to cave to?
I think she actualy knows that unions are ruining our country, I think she looks at those of us at WM with envy, that is why she was hostile right off the bat, and that is why she even mentions caving, cuz she is actualy already caved, inwardly.
And she only "Deleted" the argument cuz we made her and jeff and Boltcoward look like idiots.
It was actualy kinda hard to read that d!cks comments, his spelling and grammer were akin to a 1st graders.

And then there was little 'ole me getting banned at the same time and I honestly don't even remember participating in the now infamous thread. If I did, I presented myself exactly how I do presently on the board. I really don't care who started the insults, I just have trouble comprehending why some were banned for being a$$holes and others were not.
I've learned over the past few years, I am responsible for all that is wrong in the world. I've never felt so powerful in my entire life until I discovered message boards!

Here is my theory on why you were banned Barnone;
The average IQ on IJAWS is what? 60? 70?...And thats inflated a little because I am sure Victor raised the average a little...You are intelligent, and well spoken, thus, you intimidate the stupid.
Did you really think they would let you linger, with all your sense making, and being smart?
If you were pro union they may have let you stay, but lets face it, how many people with an IQ and intelligence of your caliber, actualy think unions are a good thing?
Every post you made, not only reminded them that they were wrong, but it was also was a constant reminder of their utter stupidity.
